With every Traumatic event we face, we hold on to some form of regret or negative energies associated with it. Forgiveness is one way of allowing you to let go and make greater strides in moving forwards.
This Challenge involves 7 Phases:
- Figure it out
- Release the effects
- Energize the space
- Experience the new energy
- Demonstrate Forgiveness
- Observe the effects
- Moving Forward
Each day of this 7 Days challenge, you will be emailed a video link with the directions and a pdf of the exercises to complete for that Phase. In addition a Zoom meeting link will be sent to have a discussion of that Phase at 7pm EST each day.
In addition, you will get access to the Private Facebook Group for further discussions about the Forgiveness Process.
